  • How long does shipping take with Electrosparks?
    Electrosparks processes all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive, while express shipping delivers your products within 2-3 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75.
  • Do your products come with a warranty?
    Yes, all electronics sold by Electrosparks come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Some premium products may include extended warranty options. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for specific warranty details on your purchase.
  • What is Electrosparks' return policy?
    At Electrosparks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For defective products, our return window extends to 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
